Mr. Pomerleau was also one of the pioneers involved in GAF's evolution from blue print copying to wide format Xerography printing. In his financial roles at the Company, Mr. Pomerleau served as a multi-plant Controller, successfully steering the Company through the world hyper silver (raw material) crisis in the mid 1970's. He also led the engineering team to introduce GAF into the micro graphics market, and he led the worldwide product rationalization team in reducing products, improving earnings and focusing on brand strategy.
