Boris Kupermann

Boris Kupermann began his career in an apprentice position in the jewelry industry and later founded a business that has grown to be an industry leader in the jewelry business. He is the founder and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Charmed I'm Sure Inc. and also provides startup and turnaround consulting services to other jewelry manufacturing operations.

Mr. Kupermann turned his initial apprenticeship into a position as a diamond setter and then joined Tru-Craft as a production manager. He then spent ten years at Crown Royal, becoming managing partner and CEO before he left in 1982 to found Charmed I'm Sure Inc. which quickly became an industry leader employing a staff of 60 and extensive subcontracting to serve top retailers and manufacturers such as Harry Winston, M. Fabricant and Son, Zales, Sterling, and others. Within the last few years, the company focus and operations have changed to a concentration on finer quality items. The company shares production space with Mr. Kupermann's wife, Judi Kupermann, whose business venture markets finer quality original design jewelry for a select clientele.

Mr. Kupermann is a former President of the New York Jewelers Group and a member of the Jewelers Board of Trade and several other trade organizations.
