Robert Jaegly
Managing Director

Robert Jaegly is a senior executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in the consumer products industry managing multiple production sites and functions toward an improvement in profit, quality and customer service.

Most recently, Mr. Jaegly served as the Vice President of Product Supply in Specialty Consumer Products for BioLab Inc., a $500MM division of Chemtura (formerly Great Lakes Chemical) for specialty consumer products including pool chemicals and products such as Greased Lightning and The Works. In his role, he was responsible for the complete product supply function for the business including 6 plants, 10 logistics centers, SOIP, Purchasing, Engineering and Finance departments. Within his first year with the company, he implemented high performance work teams using lean manufacturing concepts and realized cost reduction of more than $10 million.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Jaegly was Vice President of Operations for Wet Wipes Manufacturing in the Consumer Division of Nice-Pak Products, Inc. He was responsible for all operations for the multi-site consumer division of the leading global wet wipe private label company serving customers including CostCo, Wal-Mart, Target and CVS. While at the company, he improved output by 26% in less than 10 months while also reducing total labor costs by 35%. Additionally, he expanded capacity by 40% through capital projects and acquisitions.

Mr. Jaegly served from 2000 to 2003 as Senior Vice President of Operations for Consumer Products Contract Manufacturing in the Consumer Division of Outsourcing Services Group. He directed the turnaround of the $180 million division P&L for the four consumer products manufacturing plants serving customers that included Procter & Gamble, Dial, Henkle, Estee Lauder, Gillette, Clorox, Unilever and Sebastian. He reduced costs at a run rate of $8 million, significantly improving EBITDA.

From 1981 to 2000, Mr. Jaegly served in a number of positions with Reckitt Benckiser, a $5 billion global consumer products business including leading brands such as French's Mustard, Franks Red Hot, Lysol, Resolve, d-Con, Woolite, Easy Off and Old English. He was Vice President of Purchasing for the Americas where he led a team of 23 purchasing professionals, delivering gross margin improvement through effective purchasing of all production ($495 million) and non-production ($350 million) materials and services for North and South America. He also served as the Director of Quality, leading a team of 19, directing all aspects of quality for the North American business including consumer products, food products and medical device production. He was also a Plant Manager, directing all operations of the Belle Mead, NJ, 275 million unit plant which had 275 employees, 6 high-speed aerosol lines, 5 high-speed liquid lines as well as blow-molding for key brands including Lysol, Wizard, Easy Off, Old English, Wet Ones and Resolve. As Plant Manager, he achieved a 60% reduction in the cost per case, 73% reduction in defects per case, 61% reduction in the Going-to-Going changeover time, 16% improvement in OEE performance rate and he reduced indirect labor through position reassignments and elimination. He also served as a Plant Manager in Alliance, Ohio, where he had responsibilities for the complex manufacturing of key brands including d-Con and Love My Carpet. He earlier served the Company as a Manufacturing and Distribution Manager and Materials Manager.

Mr. Jaegly began his career as a Materials Manager for Ransom & Randolph, a division of. DENTSPLY International, in Toledo, Ohio,

Mr. Jaegly earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations Management from the University of Toledo and his Associate degree in Computer Science from Owens Community College.
